Odyssey Community Counseling is hiring for 2 positions in Eugene, Oregon:

Mental Health Therapists
Salary range: $35,000-$45,000/year
Job type: Full-time, benefits eligible

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting intake and assessments for new clients
  • Providing individual and group therapy
  • Managing client records
  • Providing psychosocial services utilizing CDBT among other evidence-based best practices
  • Other administrative and clinical responsibilities as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Counseling or behavioral health field
  • Some weekday evenings may be required

Preferred Skills:
  • Training or knowledge of DBT therapy; Mindfulness; Trauma Informed Care; Attachment theory; Interpersonal Neurobiology


Certified Medical Assistant
Salary range: $35,000-$45,000/year
Job type: Full-time, benefits eligible

Key responsibilities include:
  • Complete all required documentation involved in coordinating care on behalf of Medical Provider (including time spent on the phone and speaking to a client in person)
  • Collect and document vitals, administer injections or collect UA’s as required, per Medical Provider instructions
  • Monitor and review medications and coordinate refill orders for patients
  • Follow-up on lab work, review results, and ensure results are accurately reflected in EHR for clients
  • Schedule appointments

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Accredited Medical Assistant Program Graduate (Certification or Licensure)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in a behavioral health setting preferred
  • Some weekday evenings required
  • Computer proficiency is beneficial as records are managed electronically


Our Focus program is hiring for 1 position to work with the Lane County Treatment Court team in Eugene, Oregon:

QMHP
Salary range: $35,000-$45,000/year
Job type: Full-time, benefits eligible

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting intake and assessments for new clients
  • Work with clients to create Treatment Plans
  • Provide group and individual counseling
  • Tracking authorizations
  • Managing client records
  • Other administrative and clinical responsibilities as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field
  • Qualified to be paneled as a QMHP
  • Experience working with members of the dual diagnosis, justice-involved or recovery community
  • Some weekday evenings may be required
